So it's finally occurred, bantamweight prospect, Jazza Dickens has finally made his professional bow with resounding points win over veteran, Pavel Senkovs. The latest product of the talent-churning Salisbury conveyor belt, Dickens pleased his large following on Saturday night with the spellbinding mastery that brought him ABA glory last May.

Now honing his craft just down the road at Paul Stevenson's Everton Red Triangle base, young Jazza has made the necessary tweaks in order for his paid career to be as successful as his vested one. Joining Triangle stalwarts, Kevin Satchell and Ryan Farrag, Dickens makes up the lower-weight trio and he's humbly appreciateive for the guidance he has received there so far.

"Paul and Mick [Stevenson] have been really supportive towards me ever since I came here," revealed the ever-grinning prospect. "Turning pro was always a big thing to me as it's my dream since an early age. Everything had to be right and that's why it's been such a long time since I've fought. I wanted to make sure every last detail was exactly how I wanted."

With the Stevenson stock price rising alarmingly by the days, Dickens is in good hands when it comes to nurturing the abundance of talent he has at his disposal. An appearance on Steve Foster's European title defence undercard at the backend of February is next for Dickens as he aims to showcase his vast repertoire to a wider audience on Sky TV
